Great service and friendly service advisors
I have been coming go danbury hyundia for since 2009.
All the advisers are friendly and have no issues working with me to get my car in.
I believe that all issues I have ever had with my cars get addressed in a timely manor.

Good service
I always like the service. I am truly aghast that they pull out my air filter and show it to me saying it should be changed at $60+.
I always refuse because it retail for under $20 and is easily changed myself. It makes no sense that they go to all that time and then over charge. If the fee the replace was not so outrageous you would probably have more sales volume for that service.

I had an issue with ny BSD safety system and Danbury Hyundai was great. They were able to give me a Courtesy vehicle while my car was being worked on. They were able to figure out what was wrong they fixed it and I was on my way. Everybody there is extremely helpful polite very easy-going.

Service Review
Check-in is the fastest I've ever experienced at any car dealership. Plus, the actual service seems like 20 mechanics swarm around my car once its been brought into the bay because I hardly get to sit down and read the newspaper, and you're calling my name because everything is done!

They work until they fix the problem
As far as I can tell they fixed the leak in my trunk. I appreciate the fact that Vinny called me today fro Hyundai to find out how my car was doing after it rained for a couple of days. I realized that my last review was bad out of frustration. Vinny kept up with the problem until it was finally fixed. I just wanted to thank him for keeping me up to date while the car was being fixed.
