Above & beyond
I took my car in for oil change, ball joint & driver's side door latch. Turns out the door latch was the most troublesome. Took longer than expected but John swore he wasn't leaving until it was fixed and he didn't. Door panel not completely resolved but I wanted my car even though a loaner was provided. John doesn't like leaving unresolved & I will take car back in a couple of days (after some errands are done) & get door panel resolved. I've taken my car to Dane Motors for a few years now & it's a relief taking my car to someone I trust.
