DO NOT BOTHER- go elsewhere
I went here because I have gieco and it’s close to my house. I received my car back and everything looked fine. I didn’t inspect it well as I was just expected to have my car back after 10 days or so. I have a small SUV and my rental was a Chevy Malibu I felt like I was driving a boat so that’s why I was so excited after having my car back!!

For about a 5 days my car battery dies and my boyfriend noticed my tail lights and head lights never turn off even on the auto setting- thus causing the battery issue. Then lights also would not turn off when I double clicked my lock button on my key remote- they used to. I had 3 people check out my car trying to figure out why my lights would not auto turn off.

After five days of this and no solution I take it back to the collision center because it has now destroyed my car battery. They then claim to tell me it was a setting in my car. If it was a setting in my car how did it change? They claim they never disconnected my battery as my car damage was on the rear end. They had no reasoning as to my why lights would also not turn off on my remote. Just that it was a setting. They did not replace my car battery to do THEIR error so another $120 out the door- thank you.

After finally getting my car back I take it to the car wash and hand dry it myself where I noticed I have white paint specs all over my front and back passenger window as well as my back window and bumper. Whenever they did the paint work to my car I am assuming they were too close to another paint job so now my 3 YEAR OLD CARS paint job looks like shit and it has destroyed my windows!! Again, thank you so much.

After my first frustrations with no solutions I just figured I would write a review to tell you to go some place else. The person handling my car also did not communicate with me once to let me know the parts were backed up and the status of my car until it was done. I had to blow up my poor claim adjuster because he did not communicate or keep me in the loop-again thank you so much.

Poor customer service, poor detailing, poor repairs. Save your time and frustrations and go else where.

I will not be returning!!
