Abby said this business gave her a $1400 quote for the work she needed done. She said she feels they were trying to take advantage of her and their prices are unfair because she took her vehicle to a different business and got the work done for $623. She would not recommend them to anyone.

Chris said he was charged $25 each to change 6 spark plugs. He was told he wasn't going to be charged if he got the work done for the diagnostic. They charged him anyway and his check engine light came on the next day. So he will not be recommending them.

"I have found them to be fair and honest and not try to up sell services you don't need."
I took our Volvo their and they fixed the problem in just a few hours.
Adam was fair and honest and told me what we needed done and he took care of it.

Craig said the employees at this business were great. There were just a couple of issues getting the problem with his vehicle figured out. Ultimately, they figured it out after a few attempts. There were a few minor glitches when dealing with them but that was his fault for not explaining the problem clearly.

Keith said when he first arrived he was told the service could not be completed due to not having a mechanic available. He then was called a few hours later and told the service had been complete and he was being charged $20for a spark plug.
