"My new service team."
I've always gone to the dealership that sold me my Genesis but found out at the last minute that they were being bought out. I would have continued to go there, but after several "mishaps" I decided it wasn't my best option anymore. I contacted Hyundai Customer Service who set up my appointment with the Dean Team. Shaun was my point of contact and what an amazing experience I had. He went above and beyond (more than my prior dealership) to insure my satisfaction and found things that had been neglected by my other service department. I couldn't be more happy to have found my new service team thanks to Shaun!

"Check Engine Light - "
The dealership did a great job in resolving the check engine light and checked the windshield washer motor that they fixed in October that stopped working the first of this month. Everything is working well again.

"Great dealership "
Dean Team Hyundai is a great facility to get repairs do at. They are prompt and friendly. The lounge area is nice and quiet and if you don't want to wait around there are great food places to go to within walking distance.

I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman when I showed up for a recall and oil change for my 2014 Sonata. Everyone was pleasant and the work was performed in a short matter of time.
The same gentleman then went over the work that was performed when I was ready to go.

"Service writer listens "
My service writer and I apparently speak the same language. He writes up a detailed description of the reason for being there. This is a lot different from the ones where I give a three minute description of the problem and they write down "CHECK ENGINE"
