"caring, attentive and professional"
Hyundai stood by their product (2006 sonata) when airbag light came on. It was an extended warranty which was performed well by the Dean Hyundai team. We have bought 3 sonata's ( two 2006's and one 2009) so far and considering another one in near future.

"Reprogam Trouble"
This was a difficult reprogram (I admit), but the "factory trained" techs should know the procedure and not take 1 day and $600 to fix the problem.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry it took so long to get it done but with all the computers and the different programming needed to synch them all together sometimes it can take extra time and then when you add having to check to make sure that there were no wires that were damaged and everything was put back together properly from the bodyshop it does take awhile to do. Procedures are in place to do the reprogramming but when the computers do not take the programming then there is coding and settings that have to be changed in order for everything to work properly. Again I am sorry for the extra time it took to complete but we like to make sure the cars are fixed and working properly before they leave our shop.
