I have never in my life left a dealership with my wife in tears, this place absolutely takes the cake. The sales manager Farbod didn’t even have the courtesy to address me or my wife face to face, instead relied on his sales consultant and finance manager to pass any bad news.
$5000 “Market Adjustment” and a $2000 worthless “protection package” added 7k to a vehicle that is not that rare or hard to get. Dealership ran my personal check through a telecheck system to verify I had a valid checking account. The magical machine said my account may be fraudulent, didn’t take into account the fact that I am a sworn police officer and had a preapproval check from Navy Federal for over 75k and like 4 forms of ID. Not good enough for these people. They sent us packing after sitting at the dealership “making a deal” with a 6 year old in tow for over 8 hours…What a joke.
I went to a different dealership, got a higher trimmed “overland” model for 4K less than this place was asking for a limited, 1000% better service, and was in and out in a couple hours compared to this multi-day nightmare, Avoid at all costs. I will ensure every Jeep club I am a member of gets the same info.
