Avoid this dealership
I was redirected to this service tech after having an awful experience with Alex, got everything written up and left my car with them to get serviced in the morning, Josh said he will call me as soon as the work was done so I could go pick it up(he said around 10am) ten am came and passed and nothing, once it hit 12:30pm I decided to pass by the dealership to see if I saw my baby parked out somewhere ready, or if they by chance still had it on the lift getting the work done, and sure and behold there it was parked done and ready to go, so I just wanted half my day waiting on a call that most likely was never gonna happen, and on top of that I still had to wait like another 30 minutes to pay and be on my way, just know I left that dealership a little mad, and there's some tire marks on the exit to f the dealership to show for it, don't make a Hellcat owner mad, I think I'll stick to getting my service done where I bought my car, R.C. Hill Mitsubishi right down the street, now They know how to treat a customer DeLand Chrysler Dodge Ram ⭐, R.C. Hill Mitsubishi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Its truly sad I have to say this about my own cars Make, next time, for any other service, I'll be making the drive to New Smyrna, or just having R.C. Hill take care of it, after this experience I'm glad I got a VIP package with my purchase, I couldn't imagine having to deal with these guys every five months ??
