Disappeared, non-existent service
I bought a new GV80 from this dealer in Dec. 2020 and received excellent service for the purchase. I have now attempted to contact them by phone and email, 3 separate times this week (Jan 2022), leaving phone messages each time. No one answers the phone, and no one returns my voice-messages. They tout concierge service, but based on these attempts, it's non-existent. I've given up on Delray Genesis. Instead, with the assistance of the national Genesis Concierge email and phone service (they ARE responsive), I was put in touch with Napleton Hyundai in West Palm, who promptly scheduled concierge service for me. I'm done with Delray Genesis and they'll never get any more business from me. I tried, they didn't and I'm not sure how they stay in business.
