I bought a new GV 70 from this dealer on July 4, 2022, and have had good purchase service from Sales Consultant Suhail Hadid and General Sales Manager Enmanuel Vallejo.
However, I had a lot of problems with the finance department, they didn't send trading car sales forms to FLHSMV at all, and I had to send them myself to avoid suspending my driver's license and paying a $150 fine.
I called financial manager Michael Sosa several times and asked him to fix the problems, but he only promised to fix them, but he never did it.
Now I am very upset that I bought this brand of car 2022 Genesis GV70 that has a lot of problems and complaints.
Monday 19, 2022 I scheduled service at 1:30 pm on my vehicle with 2962 mileage to diagnose an AWD (All Wheels Drive) system warning and the front driver seat torn at the junction. When I went in at 1:30 pm at your Delray Genesis service center to drop off my car then I found out from the serviceman Alex that my appointment has been canceled because the service department has a holiday lunch, and nobody will be available to diagnose my car.
Also, he said that he called me in the morning (to the wrong number) because I did not receive any calls from him.
Finally, he said that cannot reschedule the appointment and that no loaner car is available at this moment. Then I asked Alex if I could speak with the general manager. After I spoke to the manager
(I don’t know the manager’s name) I got a loaner car, and my car was dropped off.
The next day Tuesday 20, 2022 afternoon I called to find out the status of the car and left a message. At an end of the day, I left another message because no one answers the phone, and no one returns my voice messages.
Today, Wednesday 21, 2022 I had to call numerous times because no one answers the phone and leave a message again to find out the status of the car, and again no callback. Finally, around 12:48 pm
I called again and made the receptionist find out the status and she told me the serviceman would call me soon.
Finally, 01/04/2023 at noon I received a call from serviceman Alex that my car was diagnosed, and they are ordering the parts and maybe my car will be ready to pick up next week.
4 hours passed after my conversation with Alex, and I found out on Genesis Application that mileage increased by 24 (2962 to 2986) miles more. I called Alex and asked why the mileage is increased and he said that the technician was doing a driving test on road I 95.
I understand that a driving test is needed, but why do you have to drive so much and why did this happen after 4 hours I spoke with Alex who said that the car had already been diagnosed. And I received an alarm message in my email that the alarm was triggered in my car. I know for sure that employees used my car for lunch and so on...
Thursday 02/02/2023 my car is still not fixed yet and mileage on the Genesis Application showing 6 miles more up today (2992).
I had to call numerous times and again no callback.
I wonder if this is standard practice at this shop or if this is the usual feedback that they receive from the customer. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request from you state your demands.
