Service Dept is very poor
Our appt was for Wed and we were told we could pick the car up at the end of the day. We dropped it off on Tues morning at 11. They didn't even look at it until then. The problem still exists off and on. We also told them what was to be done, but not all of that info was entered. The service dept doesn't even answer their phones (at location), because they are booked up until the end of August. It was so hard to inquire what was going on with the car. We've gone here for several years and never have had a problem. I do praise the parts dept for trying to help.
