David said he dropped the vehicle off and the business told him they would look at his vehicle. They had it for 3 days. The Friday before New Year's Eve, he finally received a call, around 8 or 9am. He was told his vehicle probably needed 2 batteries, so he said fine, put them in. He stated he thought the vehicle would have been done by lunch time. He kept calling. He didn't realize they would close early for New Year's Eve. The next call he received was the following Wednesday, telling him they tied the power steering because it was leaking, and replaced a fuel ring. He stated the business is very unprofessional because they should have called him before doing anything to the vehicle. He had to pay 800 dollars and stated he felt he was severely overcharged. It was the first time and last he would be using this business.

First of all, we have closed at noon on Fridays for over 2 years now. You can view our hours online and on our Facebook page. We told you when you dropped your vehicle off that we were backed up and would get to your vehicle as soon as we could. Our holiday hours were posted in our office and on the door so it was clearly stated that we were closed on Monday January the 1st for New Years Day. Also, you WERE NOT charged for the repairs on the Power Steering Line. One of your complaints when you dropped your truck off was a fuel leak. The Fuel Filter O-Ring is what was leaking so we replaced the $9.65 part. Your total bill was $565.89 not $800. Sorry you feel that we were unprofessional. We could have just fixed the issue that you brought the truck in for and not completed an inspection and fixed other issues FOR FREE. We thank you for your business and wish you luck in finding another mechanic.
