Not TV stars...the real deal
Do you know those reality TV shows where there is a master craftsman in some particular trade that seems to know "everything" about their subject matter? Well, that's the result of editing. I can tell you that the folks at Domine REALLY know their stuff. This last visit, they even had to FABRICATE a part since my vehicle is old enough to vote. I live in Tennessee and make it a point to get an appointment when anywhere in central Wisconsin for vacation. I even save up problems since I KNOW it will be done RIGHT and at a fair price...the first time and every time. They remain a great repository of automotive excellence and superb customer service.

Beware!
Just got rid of my 2010 Chevy Cobalt (85000 miles) that I bought from Domine in May of this year. Drove 700 miles on it and the coolant started to get into the motor. Bought the car for 4800 and was told it was a bargain. Before I bought it, I was told that it came with no warranty but that if anything major went wrong with it in a reasonable amount of time they would fix it for no cost. So I called the "Sales" manager and was told that he needed to talk with the "Service" manager about what they could do. Reason I'm putting them in "parentheses" is that they both own the business, are brothers, and would always pass me off to the other one to deal with. Long story short they said they would be willing to fix or troubleshoot the problem for the in house rate.......$70 an hour. Needless to say my local mechanics normal rate is $60 an hour. I ended up putting a head gasket, entire head, and water pump in it only to still have issues. Guessing the only thing left to replace is the motor. I'm into the vehicle $4800 + $1200 for the gasket, free work on the water pump, plus $1000 for the head replacement and I just sold the vehicle for a grand total of $1700. This is my first review on any website or any platform for that matter. Buyer beware but I would not do business with this place and it was nothing but a nightmare. ......not to mention the first time I called they hung up on me because they didn’t want to hear about it! Customer service is non-existant. Serious folks don't do business with these people - Please!!!! They have horrible reviews on google, so it humors me that they are 4.9/5 on this sight! Yea right!
