Tire Rotation - Winter tires replaced summer tires (all tires already on rims)
Unfortunately, I only gave you a 3 out of 5 star rating. Why? Your prices went up! You did an excellent job exchanging my summer tires for the winter tires, but you also charged me $10 per tire! I could have had my tires rotated (winter for summer tires) elsewhere, but I knew, from experience, that you did excellent work and I wanted to do business with you. I know I could have saved several dollars at another dealer, but unknowingly, I scheduled your shop. You may have lost a customer. Sorry.
