This was my first at Downtown Auto Repair. The previous auto shop I had been doing business with for several years, unexpectedly went out of business and I needed to find a new place fast as my car needed immediate attention. I went in without an appointment and they were more than happy to help me. Since I had to go into work that day, they ordered a Lyft to drive me to work and then to pick me up after work. The person behind the counter Wes, was very friendly and cheerful. They fixed the issue that I went in there for but told me my car needed more work done. I knew that I had neglected some issues with my car, so I will be bringing it back for more work next week since they had to order a part and couldn't do it the same day. Wes was very helpful in explaining what my car needed done. I am happy to have found a new mechanic so fast.
