My new truck buying experience was fantastic. It had many ins and outs and was in no way a simple transaction since I lived out of state. The whole team went out of their way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. Thanks to Bill in sales and Luke in the money department. They were amazing. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car or truck.

I brought in my 2012 Ram 3500 for a recall notice for the lug nuts and studs. My truck had a #5 injector code so I had the truck towed in for the recall repairs and to check the injector issue. I spoke to Penny who was very helpful and gave specific instructions NOT to start the truck before they check the injector issue. The morning that my truck was delivered to Dwayne lanes I emailed, called and left messages and chatted online with them to confirm that they truck was NOT be run but inspected first and I was willing to pay the $175 Inspection fee. I did not hear back so I called again at 10 AM and Penny answered the phone and when I asked if they had a chance to look at my truck she handed the phone to Mike the head mechanic who told me that they had the truck running for a while but then it died and they couldn’t get it started again and that they couldn’t even turn the engine manually that is was seized. When I mentioned my instructions not to run it because I knew there was an injector issue he dismissed me completely telling me that my 6.7 diesel, which only had 175,000 miles and was pristinely maintained, was old and not worth replacing the motor because it was too old. I have reached out to the service manager Mario Lopez several times for resolution and even offered to buy a truck from them if they can take some responsibility for the engine that is now destroyed. I own several moving and storage companies and own 5 Rams. Always dealt with Lynwood dodge who were great but Dwayane lanes has completely dismissed their actions and they still have my truck after 5 months and will not respond. This truck is my lively hood and I am incredibly disappointed. I Guess legal action is my only recourse. Do not use this company

DON'T GET SERVICE HERE
I took my car in to check for a coolant leak. They kept it for TWO WEEKS just to say there was nothing wrong. My car overheated on the freeway and I found they had left my coolant cap off as well as left a greasy mechanics rag on the engine which was possibly close to catching fire. My car got so hot it melted some of the rubber trim off. Took my car in to be serviced later and was told it had so many oil leaks that they would need to take out and re-seal my entire system for $4,800. After tears and a lot of stress trying to save up the money among medical bills I finally took my car to another service station Vollan's, and they found a leak in the coolant tank and found out that my "multiple oil leaks, too many to count or be fixed" was a loose oil filter. I was charged $375. The guy said he'd never seen an oil filter put on so loose in his life. So Ford had not screwed on the filter properly when they did my oil change and then wanted to squeeze nearly $5,000 out of me for the pleasure of their shoddy work. The tears and stress they caused me and making me overheat in the pitch dark and cold on the freeway is horrible. On top of that they left greasy footprints all over my carpets which I still haven't had the money to get cleaned. I would just walk away but I don't want anyone else to get scammed by them. Everyone else I've talked to when I described what they said what they needed to do to my car for $4,800 used words like criminal, shady, and deceitful.

Horrible Experience
Took 2 weeks for them to just figure out what accessories fit my truck. their finance department is shady and blew me off because I found a better rate and they did not want to help me. This place promises the world and does not follow through.
