Bryce said the staff refused to work on his vehicle. There was too much to do for them to do it, so he took it to another facility.

I had all my brake lines replaced at 1/2 the price of every other shop in town, Phil was great thru out the whole service visit and the tech are very friendly. on top of that they delivered my vehicle to my driveway. Other shops could learn a thing or 2 from Eagle Auto ! GREAT JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 star !

Spoke with Naomi. She said she has taken her vehicle to this business 6 times for the same issue and it is not fixed. Her vehicle is due for inspection and will not pass with a check engine light on. She is done with this business, because she is not happy with them. She has now taken her vehicle to Friendly Ford to be re-serviced. She told them they should be responsible for the $100 co-pay because she purchased her vehicle from them and they are not able to fix it. She has not had her vehicle for a complete year yet.

Steve said this business took great care of him and they did not haggle with him. He was given the best parts for the cheapest price They did not try to take advantage of him by saying there were a bunch of other thing wrong with his vehicle.

Doug said it's an older vehicle, and the management and staff give it a lot of personalized care.

Kylie said they have always had great work done there and everyone is so friendly. They are totally awesome and she will continue to go there.

Shawn said everything was good, the only issue was that when he was waiting for his vehicle, nobody brought it out.
