"Seemed A Bit Understaffed..."
I recently had my vehicle serviced on a Saturday afternoon and noticed quite a few customers waiting to be helped by what looked like only 2 associates on deck to help, once waited on, i recieved great service. Seems like a managerial issue with the staffing support but overall good service.

My oil change took longer than 2 hours while I waited in the dealership. The chairs were comfortable and the coffee was great. Victor apologized for the long wait which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Victor for taking care of my oil change.
