I took it to Eberhardt’s and they informed me that the brake pads seemed new but were actually just low quality pads. They ensured me that the pads are essentially new and are safe to use even though they are obnoxiously loud.
Anyways i opted to replace all brake pads and rotors. So now my truck is silent and smooth when braking. I appreciate Dan from Eberhardt’s being honest with me and not lying to me to make a sale. No pressure with honest recommendations. Service was prompt. What else can i ask for?
