Car Salesman Mr. West
MR. WEST called me and asked me if I was still interested in buying a car. As soon as I said No he hung the phone up. I than called him back I asked him if he thought that was rude. He than said in a rude way whatever and hung up. I than called the car dealership and spoke to the customer service rep. I asked her what was Mr. West position she than told me he was a car salesman. I than asked her who was the GM and if he was available. She told me he was not available. I than asked for a manager she than got real quit and than said no one is available and hung up the phone. Than I thought I was being punked. My co-worker said this is unbelievable. So I than called back several times but did not get an answer. I than used my co-worker's phone. She answered I told her if she did not want to be involved in this complaint she needed to call a manager to the phone. She than called a person who said he was the GSM. I tried to explain everything that had occurred, but he was more interested in talking about where my husband worked. I had to tell him that was not important. I have dealt with many car dealerships and never experience this. What I have learned through this ordeal is that MR. WEST is a SORE LOSER. He needs to know that being a car salesman you win some and you lose some.
