So disappointed - Change of ownership or mechanic?
We have been using Elite Auto Clinic for several years and had a good experience until recently - hence our review title. We had brakes replaced in November of 2024 - all good. Then brought in same vehicle in January 2026 (14 months later) and were told we need brakes and rotors. We brought to their attention we just had them done a little over a year before and we were told it must by our driving habits. We had driven over 100K miles before our brakes needed replacing but then 14K miles later we changed our driving habits?! They also were going to charge us over $200 more for the same service! Then, just the other day, (3 months later) brought our vehicle in for a caliper hanging up. They call and tell us exactly what is wrong and also that it needed a tire rotation, front end alignment and an air filter! We get it all done and then had our daughter pick the car up. When she gets in, there is an alert saying TPMS needs service. She goes in and advises this is and the receptionist is on the phone and said it was on when they received it!
NO, IT WASN'T! And, if it was, why then didn't they tell us it needed to be serviced along with all of the other items they said needed to be done besides the caliper! Then my daughter mentioned to her that it wasn't and it should be a quick fix and she was completely ignored by the receptionist who went back to her phone conversation and waved my daughter off. We called the receptionist later in the day to discuss this and she took absolutely no responsibility, just saying all she does is says what the mechanics say. We asked to speak to the mechanics which she denied and said we had to come in to talk to them.
