A place that put the Customer's concerns first.
From the moment I made my first call to Empire Hyundia back in June 2020, I knew this was the place I wanted to bring my car for service. Andrew was patient as I attempted to explain by problems with my car. He immediately offered to contacted my warranty company . He completely explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand and guided me thru all the paperwork. In July 2020, I decided to forgo the repairs and just trade up to another Hyundia. A 2020 Venue. Best purchase I've ever made. Now, I only needed routine maintance of oil changes, etc on my car, but I still am blessed to have Andrew and the entire service staff available to me when ever I have questions or concerns.
Empire Hyundia service department is a 5 star service center and a 15 stars service team that put the customer's concerns first.
