Blaming me to make yourself look good
As I stated I had 5 lugs in that tire have been driving around with all lugs since the day I got the car. Had all the lugs until I left your place of business. The two lugs that were left was so loose that I took them off with the arm I injured years ago. The arm I can only left 40 pounds in. You asked me if i wanted you to change the tire, even told me you dont do that but it was needed. Give me the price for the repair and just didn't do it, didn't charge me, and didn't even care to tighten the tire back. But you're blaming your error on me.
This is my reply to:Regarding your recent review of EN Auto Clinic on SureCritic, The Team has replied:

Ma'am. I can assure you that no one at EN Auto Clinic removed any of your lug nuts; however, the damage to your hub assembly and braking system and steering system was so severe (as we explained to you before you left) that we were tempted to hold your Vehicle as a danger. Our Technicians and Staff tried to explain the danger of driving your Vehicle. You were given options for Repair of your Vehicle, and it was your choice to leave without having any Repairs done. While we are very sad that you are having issues, and we are here to help you with them as much as we can, it is ultimately up to you when you have the Repairs done. Again, you can contact us whenever you are ready to have the Repairs done, but it was your responsibility to drive that Vehicle out of our driveway.
