Damian said when he took his vehicle in, they said it would be $500 and it would take about 3 hours. They called him later and said it was going to be $900 and take a couple of days. They were going to do additional things that he did not want to have done, plus he needed his vehicle for work. The person he spoke to told him he could take it somewhere else, so he did. He thought she was a little rude on the phone.
