Katie said they did not call to let her know they were going to keep her vehicle and they didn't leave her key out the second day, so she could pick her vehicle up. She said it took about 3 days for her to get her vehicle back.

Voncile said they did not get her vehicle back when she was told because the warranty people didn't want to pay for the service and she had to pay for it. They did fix one of the issues.
