I also wrote a detailed review on Yelp. As I said, this guy Clifford is dishonest and a thief! Kept giving us transmission quotes off the top of his head, then would forget that he spoke to us and give us a text following up -giving us an entirely higher quote! DISHONEST. Tried to rip off my insurance company, thankfully we took it to a reliable honest Volkswagen dealership I was able to get it fixed. And again, it was not the transmission !
