Michele said she was not pleased with her service visit this time. She called to inform them that she was going to leave her vehicle in this facility the night before so they could find out why her engine light is lit and also do an oil change. When she called before 2:30 pm the following day, her vehicle was not even being worked on. She also said that her problem with the engine light was not resolved. This business did a diagnostic test and found out that the computer was not communicating with the engine, which is why her engine light is always on. She decided not to have her vehicle fixed.

Donald said this business is the best. Dave was attentive, helpful, and did not upsell him anything.

Anna said the people at this business are very nice and she enjoys going to this business. They've been very helpful and she's been there many times.

Spoke with Pat. She said she was pleased with the service, and the fellow drove her home after she brought in the vehicle which was very nice. She was pleased with the diagnosis on the vehicle, and also with some things that she wasn't previously aware of. Pat stated the price she was given seemed reasonable to her, and she was very happy all around. Her neighbor recommended Evans Automotive Repair, and based on this experience, she'll continue to use them.
