On July 14, 2017, I finally decided to take my health into my own hands. Since then, I have lost 101.9 pounds! I have been able to achieve that goal because of the wonderful trainers at Everlasting Changes. They have consistently worked with me and definitely for me by making modifications to my workouts because of my knees.
