Terrible customer service
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!! I was verbally harassed by the owner, Matt, several times while trying to get my car repaired at his shop. I moved my car off his lot after a conversation that involved the owner blaming me for getting into a car accident and “calling him 15 times” to check on my car (I called three times, twice were because he left voicemails requesting I call him back). The call ended with him saying “How about I throw the parts in the back of your car and you can drag it off the lot? How’s that?” Needless to say, I felt uncomfortable leaving my car with this guy, so I had it towed elsewhere. Fast forward two weeks - I just picked up my car and found all the damaged pieces from my car in the back of my trunk. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - it’s not worth the trouble and it’s certainly not worth being treated poorly for no reason.
