Sierra said when she bought her vehicle, it already had problems. She took it to the business and told the employees twice that she wanted the issues fixed, but they did not take care of them. She stated she felt they were not willing to help. They not seem to know what they were talking about, especially when they suggested that she replace the starter. She took the vehicle to another facility who serviced her type of vehicle, for a second opinion and they told her the starter was fine. She was disappointed with this facility because they did not check to make sure, whether it really had problems. She decided take the vehicle to her BMW dealership because they were willing to repair it.
