HELLO, THANKS FOR YOUR REVIEW. YES AFTER REVIEW THE CAR, CHANGE BRAKES, CHANGE FLUIDS THEY FOUND SOME SPOTS INSIDE THE CAR WITH SOME DIRTY (THEY HAD TO ZOOM THE PICTURES TO SHOW IT. OTHERWISE YOU FOLKS COULDN'T REALLY NOTICE IT). WE REALIZED THE CAR WAS IN LINE FOR A DETAIL BUT FOR A MISTAKE OUR PROFESSIONAL DETAIL GUY NEVER TOOK THE CAR. CAR HAD THE MANUAL IN GLOVE COMPARTMENT IN CASE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT GAS USE IN A MERCEDES BENZ (ALSO PROBABLY SAYS IN GAS CAP AS WELL) I CALLED THIS GUY PERSONALY TO SAY I WAS SORRY FOR HIS FRUSTATION AND OFFER A DETAIL AND FEW GALLONS OF GASOLINE. HE AGREED ON IT BUT LATER HIS WIFE TOOK CHARGE ON IT BECAUSE SHE PREFERED "MAKE A NOISE IN INTERNET" INSTEAD BRING THE CAR BACK TO BE CLEANED AND FIX THEIR "PROBLEM" (NOT A REAL PROBLEM). ALSO USED OTHERS GOOGLE ACCOUNTS TO MAKE MORE "FAKE ONE STARTS" WHEN THEY TOOK THE CAR FOR TEST DRIVE THE CAR HAD GAS ON IT. THEY DROVE AROUND INCLUDING ON THE HIWAY. ONCE THEY OWN THE CAR IS THEIR RESPONSABILITY PUT GAS IN THE CAR. OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GUY AND WIFE WASN'T GOOD AT ALL. WE NEVER REFUSED TO CLEAN BETTER THE CAR OR ATTEND THEIR NEEDS BUT SEENS LIKE THEIR INTENTIONS WASN'T FIX THE SITUATION BUT ONLY GET SOME ATTENTION ON INTERNET. WAS A 13 YEARS OLD CAR BUT A NICE 2011 MERCEDES C300 WITH ONLY 78KMILES. VERY DISSIPOINTED PEOPLE. WE FEEL BAD TO HAD THIS PEOPLE ON OUR FACILITIES AND WE DON'T RECOMEND THIS PEOPLE AS COSTUMERS ANYWHERE ELSE FOR ANYONE. WATCH THIS NAME!!! GROW UP GUYS!!!

My daughter was in an accident and we needed someone to take a look at the damage and answer some questions. They were very happy to provide us the information we needed and were very friendly to deal with. Highly recommend and will go back again in the future if necessary.

I highly recommend Falmouth Auto Center. They are very friendly, honest and fair ppl. I always feel I’m well taken care of when there’s an issue with our cars. They definitely go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

This company really has dropped the ball for our family.
In July, my wife's jeep unexpectedly died and we were in search of a new used vehicle.
Although my credit is nearly perfect, our finances at the time were limited.
I chose this company trying to give back to small local businesses.
Apparently I picked the wrong one!
I know its a tough economy out there so I offered full price for the vehicle my wife and I decided on.
After being given the run around while we waited a week for our vehicle, I was completely blown away when they sent the car off their lot as dirty as it was with no gas, and several error codes on the dash.
I paid over $10,000 for this car for my wife and they could not be bothered to put a vacuum or a Lysol wipe through the vehicle prior to it leaving the lot.
I'm not sure how all the crud where the ignition is went unnoticed to start.... Nevermind the lack of gas or remaining crud throughout the car.
If this was a small oversight on the company, it would have been accepted and the internet review may have been better.
Meanwhile I had myself and my wife being insulted by not only the owner but by his son Daniel as well for simply leaving an honest review.
All dirtyness and lack of gas aside, this owner thought it was funny that neither he or Daniel told us this vehicle we purchased required supreme gas. Instead, left that info in their nasty response to my wife's Google review that was later deleted .
Company should start putting more work into their cars being sold, rather than chasing a bad review, having honest reviews removed and having fake reviews put out following it.
**This company did offer us a detail service (at their place) and agreed to put 1/4 tank of gas in the car, after I had suggested a gift cert to have it detailed somewhere.
Unfortunately, we declined said offer after the experience we had already, (not telling us gas type until Google review was made)I could not trust this business anymore.
Since I put a review up on Google, the owner has been harassing us and being insulting. His response shows his true colors . Also if you do visit and test drive a car bring gas money and a vacuum because apparently it's not provided.
