Making an appointment to bring my car in I was told there were no openings until March 24 but if I brought my car in they would take care of it for me at any time. This obviously was not the case and I did bring my keycard in and was told to bring it back another day. This is a very bad practice and a waste of time and credibility for the dealership. Once I brought the car in I received excellent service from Ollie, as always. He also lets me know what needs to be tended to and how important that is at a particular time. If it needs to be done now we do it now if not he will do some research and let me know how long we can let it go and how much it would cost as well as may be finding the part online at a cheaper price. I feel very confident when he works on my car.
