Local full service, good advice
I had been taking my vehicle to Santa Fe for service but that has always been difficult. Based on recommendation from a friend we tried AutoDoc. So far so good. Full service, local, and gave good advice on tires. AutoDoc advised that I could order tires from TireRack and have them shipped to them so I didn’t have to deal with it. Service was prompt and good communication throughout.

Quick and professional
I was able to drop off my vehicle at any time convenient to me with the key drop box. Marty reached out to me for repair authorization and were very quick to repair soon after. I picked it up the next day. Driver side blend door actuator on Jeep Grand Cherokee 2012 which as I understand it is a pita to fix and it was affordable for the effort involved. Thank you so much!

Broken Brake
The noise that sounded like something was loose when stepping on the brake was making me nervous and kept getting worse. Auto Doc was even more concerned than I was, finding why it it was loose. They had it fixed in just an hour. It's running perfectly.

Very nice service at a reasonable price.
I was going on a road trip. The day before the trip, the owner looked at my oil and changed it, rotated my tires and did a road check for my 2022 Prius. The experience was painless and pleasant and he even found a way to bundle the oil change with the other service which saved me money.
