Honestly, we did not have any experience with this problem as we have never seen this particular issue with a navigation system which is why our shop foreman spent almost two hours on the phone with not only map n soft but Hyundai techline as well. We ordered the antenna for your vehicle per Hyundai techline and were willing to submit for goodwill for your radio if the antenna did not correct the issue. However, if you are not comfortable with this and feel like it will not take care of your issue you are more than welcome to take it to another dealership for a second opinion. Please just let me know what you would like to do.
