I appreciated my visit because I have had the most painful and frustrating experience with South Hyundai. I was recommended to your dealer for service through one of the Hyundai USA representatives. My experience was great Mr. Kilmer was awesome and very professional. The facility had an awesome waiting area to accommodate anyone. I was even able to get your service department to remove the emblem South Charlotte Hyundai off my car. The service department even was very punctual. I waited on my car.

Thanks again.

Service Dept. has always been excellent. Honest and efficient. Too bad I can't say the same for the people "up front" in sales. Yes I would recommend the service Dept. but not sales if you're looking to purchase.
