We trust Frank's to service all our cars/trucks. They provide quality service both with their Service Department and the Customer Service Department - especially George! He makes sure we are kept informed of any and all repairs needed.

"Repairs quick turn around"
I can always take my vehicle to Frank's Automotive they get to it right away they diagnose the problem and they fix it that day or the next day I also they also stand behind their work and provide you with a warranty in a print out of everything that they're doing so you have a record

Shelle said when she came to pick up her vehicle she saw that they had forgotten to finish something, so she took it back. However, when she walked in they did not acknowledge her existence. The mechanic was very nice, but not the gentleman at the front desk. Also, they left her vehicle parked in the lot with the keys in it and the window down.
