Very good experience
We went to the dealership looking to experience the Palisade and met with Howard McNamara. He addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. We considered ordering the vehicle from the factory however Howard was able to find one already in transit that met all of our specifications. The vehicle took a while to arrive due to global shipping delays however it was worth the wait and Howard and the team at the dealership help to make the delivery experience a good one. We have had the Palisade about 10 days now and so far so good with everything.

Great Service
I had a great experience at Freehold Hyundai. Matt Carlin was a knowledgeable, patient salesman. Matt took the time to explain all the features of my new Venue. It was my first time leasing and I had a lot of questions. The were all answered. All the staff were friendly and easy to deal with.

Basic service
Required only an oil change. Had been told pickup would be between 2 and 3pm. Didn’t receive any calls indicating there would be a delay but the car wasn’t ready until almost 3:30pm.

The car wasn’t washed which, nowadays, is a common courtesy of service departments elsewhere.
