Im Nancy Nuding. The car is under Jeff but I bring the vehicles in for service. I am ery satisfied. Everyone is always very friendly and answers all my questions, and I always have a lot, lol. Scott Braun is our vehicle car repair man. Always friendly, goes out of his way and I feel safe getting back into my vehicle. From the moment I walk in the door till I leave I'm treated very well and with concern by everyone.

My appointment was for 4:30. I got there at about one because it was the day of the storm. I was completely expecting to have to wait. But your team got my car in and out in the time they said they would. They were very nice and went above the normal service you get anywhere else

Took my 2017 santa fe for its first 3750 mile oil change service. Service was quick and easy. Staff was friendly.
Online appointment system through MyHyundai worked great.
Recommended. Will go back again.

"40,000 mile check up"
went in for my 40,000 mile check up on my '16 Sonata. They said it would be a couple hours, so they drop me off at a cigar lounge, and picked me up when done. Staff as always courteous and friendly

I had my 2006 Hyundai towed to the dealer in schenectady. They new immediately what the problem was and fixed it the same day. I will be returning to fucillo to purchase my next car in spring. This will be my third purchase!!!!!

"Improve Customer Area in Maintenance "
Over the past few years I have had to spend many hours in the service area. This is a depressing room to customers. There is constant movement of staff walking back and forth and in cold weather the doors are close to the room and with people walking in and out it was not comfortable. Company needs to improve this area for their customers. It is like when you are in to purchase a vehicle the area is very nice but after you purchase your in a very depressing area.
