Friendly, helpful staff
Very pleased with my recent visit. I came in for an oil change, but suspected my tires needed to be replaced. As one service tech was giving me a quote, another came out reminding the first of a promotion (Buy 3, get 1 for $1) and requoted me. I saved a LOT because he was paying attention and they also let me use a repair coupon I'd gotten by mail. Win-Win!!

From start to finish - a 1st class operation
I found that the staff at Fuccillo Hyundia of Syracuse to be great to do business with. I had an appointment and when I got there, I was greeted by a 1st class group of people. They expained what was to done and how long it would take. They were really on the "button" - done when they said it would be and no extra charges - no high pressure. My service rep was outstanding as well as everyone else who assisted me.

Fantastic
Drove into the service area; gave the serviceman name etc. Walked into the waiting room and 25 minutes later was walking out the side door where my car was waiting. What a great experience. In and out for my first oil change. Wonderful.
