Excellent service, once again!! Needed snow tires and Dominick was able to get me in quickly, ordered the tires and replaced them by noon.

Well, where do I start, I'M HAPPY! Boy I sure have a way with words huh? I have been coming here for many years now. Since 2005 to be exact. And I have owned several of these bad boys. Saves me on gas, warranty cant be bet, all in all, WOW! I suggest y'all get down here and learn for yourself that you really are MISSING OUT.

"First Round of Service"
I am having issues with my car that is now requiring me to bring it back for service for a third time this week. While the service department has been very good, it's a little frustrating and very inconvenient to have to bring the car in for a third time to get the engine lights to stop coming on.

I will say, Bill went above and beyond. The first appointment happened to be on a very snowy day even for Syracuse. When I arrived to pick up my car, Bill brought the car into the garage to brush it off and warm it up and even took the time to get the ice out from around one of my front tires. I truly appreciated this since it was a below zero day and quite snowy.

"Great service as always"
I needed a suspension noise diagnosed and was told by another auto service business that it was rear shock mounts. Wrong! Fuscillo properly diagnosed the noise as work out sway bars in the FRONT!

Lesson: Spend a little more and get it right.
