Great Customer Service!
My air conditioner broke during the hottest week of the year, and Bill Hendry and his team took car of it quickly and efficently. This is my first car, so I was unsure how to go about servicing my vehicle for the first time. They got me in and out quickly, and answered all my questions. Overall, I had a great experience.

you goofed!
I was disappointed to find that your inspection failed to note the need for a rear wiper blade on my Tuscon. Actually it was my fault as I forgot to order the blade when I went in so I can't blame you completely but what good is your multi-point inspection if you don't remind us senior citizens and keep us in good order.
