My mother said if you do not have anything good to say, don't say anything. Now mind you in the past the service I received was great.

"Great Service, Great Prices"
My girlfriend took her car to Funk Bros.on three occasions and was very happy with them, so I took my car there for a routine oil service. My little Abarth has a turbo that has to be moved out of the way, so I expected the cost to be a little higher, but it wasn't! Also, it takes full synthetic, which drives up the price, too, but nope—only set me back $66, plus they got me in and out that day even though I didn't habe an appointment. Will definitely return!

"Excellent Service"
Have been coming to Funk Brothers for over a decade. Customer service is excellent. They courteously explain problems clearly and have always resolved issues satisfactorily. I have a BMW and their pricing is much better than the dealer's. The service technicians are highly trained and always offer a look at any parts that must be replaced - never gouging.

"Charge me 500.00 And did not fix anything "
I was charged 500.00 to fix a radiator leak. The work did not fix the leak. When I brought it back they said it was a another issue that would be another 1500.00. The first 500.00 fixed nothing. So I still had the problem after spending 500.00 . No attempt was made to rectify the problem . I would have been proper to offer to put the 500.00 to the next repair.

"Fast, Honest Service"
I had a great experience at Funk Brothers. My car's check engine light came on one morning on the way to work. That same day I brought my car in, they diagnosed it, and had everything fixed in a matter of hours. They were transparent in the work they did on the car, told me what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait, and were kind and communicative the whole way through. I'll definitely be taking my care back to Funk Brothers for its next checkup!
