"Friendly, knowledgable service team."
Everything that was completed was done well. Unfortunately service department was unable to recreate main problem. I will need to bring car back and leave it, so they can try to make problem recur so it can be diagnosed and repaired.

It did take a long time for my oil change but it was very busy and I was the last to leave waiting area. It was understandable with all the people waiting for there vehicles to be serviced. Maybe service should have said they were running behind and that would have helped with the time I was there waiting.
