"Vehicle Service / Warranty Work"
Advisor, Danielle, kept me informed throughout the @ weeklong process. Once Danielle determined it was going to take a while, she promptly provided a loaner vehicle, then when it was determined the vehivle needed a new flywheel assembly which would take @ a week she upgraded the loaner to a larger vehicle. Also, the servicing technician, Andrew, was great as well. He took my cimplaint of a noise serioudly and worked with other technicians to find the source and then correct the issue. Thanks to Danielle and Andrew, great assets of Gates Hyundai

"Excellent customer service"
Excellent service department personnel. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and always inform me what is needed for my automobile. More importantly they tell me when I don't need something done instead of fixing things that don't need to be fixed..

They kept my car two days to try and replicate the symptoms I was having. They test drove the car several times and made sure everything was operating within operating parameters.

"Great Customer Service "
I recently had some work done on my vehicle at Gates Hyundai, and even though I wasn’t pleased at first, their service manager took the time to call me and find out exactly what they needed to do to make me happy. I’m very impressed with this high level of customer service, and because of her follow up with me, I’m a very satisfied customer, and I will definitely return for my future service needs. I highly recommend the service department at Gates Hyundai.
