I live in Versailles but it is alway worth the trip to Richmond to have my car serviced. Gates Hyundai provides the best customer service by far than any other car dealership. Keep up the good work.

"They treat you right and do what they say"
Dealer's prices are always too high. What really is stupid is charging extra for the oil filter gasket.

The gasket is made of a crush material and  has to be replaced every oil change to prevent leakage from the drain plug. We appreciate your business and thank you for taking time to post a review. "Service is quick and amenities comfortable"
I never get enough time to down a cup of coffee before they're finished with routine maintenance. Even if I were stuck there for a while I wouldn't mind too much.

"Varied Intermittent Symptons"
Granddaughter, college student, home for the weekend had been having intermittent and perplexing problems with her Accent. Another dealership had the car for several days and couldn't solve the riddle, but Gates did. Why Gates succeeded and the other didn't, I cant say. I don't mean to cast aspersions or judge the other. Gates service manager did take the time to ask quite a few questions. Anyway, between the questions and the computer, the car seems to be fixed, and my granddaughter and I are pleased.
