"Awesome Customer Service"
The Customer Service experience was outstanding. The workers were knowledgeable and presented all the facts. They made sure I was taken care of and even put me in a car when I had some warranty work that needed done. I will never go anywhere else for my service needs.

"The employees and efficiency of services!"
I think Hyundai has officially made me a lifetime customer all thanks to the Richmond, KY dealeeship! At the time of purchasing my vehicle, I did not buy from them but they were more than accomodating to help get my vehicle set up! During my recent service visit, the service department was polite and efficient in getting my vehicle worked on. During the visit I was engaged by several of the employees in light, inviting conversation - just to make sure I was comfortable during my wait!

"Sonata touch screen"
I so appreciate Scott Boggis kindly & patiently going over and above to explain the details of securing our new replacement screen. He called several tims yo make sure we understood process & how it would not effect the other computer elements in the car.
Jennifer in service secured the part in a timely manner and went over and above to keep us informed..
Danielle was so kind to provide the loaner car & call us to let know when ready.

Took my 2017 Santa Fe in on a Saturday mornings for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in before 8 and out the door by 8:30!!

"Another great service visit..."
Took the Elantra GT in for its 15,000 mile service. Also had them look at the blower motor. Service was completed at a lower price than I expected to pay, blower motor was in stock and replaced on the spot. Total satisfaction from my end.
