I leased a new GV70 at the end of August 2023. It is November and I haven't received my license plate. I have called, texted, and emailed and their customer service has been ignoring my calls. I called them 15 days before my permit expired and they assured me it was in process. To this date, I cannot use my new SUV and it is been parked for a month. They didn't tell me that I could extend the permit when I called to inform them that it was about to expire. It is frustrating, to say the least, to be ignored as a woman and have had to involve my husband to get some answers, even though it still hasn't been resolved.
If you're thinking of buying a luxury car I would definitely take into account that their customer service is nonexistent and they will promise that they will give you the best.
Now I have received a letter that the SUV needs to be inspected to schedule a repair to replace an ICCU and fuse.
So, it was lovely to purchase the SUV of my dreams that drifted into a nightmare that keeps on going.
