Howard T, I drive 40 miles to get my vehicle serviced. I have had very good service experiences at this dealership. I had been treated with respect and my concerns have been addressed.
The service department at Genesis Baytown is great. The service advisors (Austin and Sherman) are friendly and knowledgeable. They also treat me with courtesy and respect. I trust their recommendations.
