First experience
This was my first service appointment with my new Genesis GV80. I absolutely love the car and it has been running great but when the check engine light came on I called and got a service appointment. I was also due for an oil change. When I arrived I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours so I waited in the waiting area. It actually took 2 1/2 hours and found out they didn’t have the part to fix the check engine problem. Everyone was very courteous and apologetic for the long wait. I wish I had been informed it would take longer I would have gotten a ride home.

Poor Customer Service
Service took way too long and overall time was close to 4 hours for routine service. No updates without me tracking down staff to get updates. No explanation or documentation of service completed!

Worst service experience I have ever had
Heater blows cold air in winter and service department says it is operating properly. Cannot comfortable drive the vehicle in the winter. A/C blows hot in the summer and service department says the same thing. Kept vehicle for 5 days and returned it with a filthy interior. Stay Away

Good Service but Rude Service Advisor.
Everyone at Pugi I spoke with was exceptionally nice and friendly except for the service advisor I spoke with the day before my service appointment. I called to ask for a full-size SUV as my loaner car since I have physical issues that require this. Not only was he rude, he disconnected my call and I had to call again to speak with someone else. I understand that they can’t guarantee what loaner car you get, but I feel I have the right to ask for something useable for my situation. Everyone else was great to work with - but this guy needs a serious lesson in manners with customers.
