Offer a loaner/courtesy vehicle for repairs/services requiring over 3 hours.
I understand delays and or extended time may be needed to complete the necessary car repairs however, if repairs extends beyond 3 plus hours, the customer should be offered a loaner vehicle as I was promised prior to purchasing this vehicle.

I have a GV80 and a GV70. I tried to schedule the Genesis' concierge service for the GV80 and never got it to work out. However, this time the GV70 worked.

Routine 10000 Mile Maintenance
Wait time for maintenance was acceptable. Definitely improved this time from previous visits. Will have to see if this continues. Bathrooms are clean as well as the waiting room. While the brand is separated from the main brand on paper, the Genesis luxury experience is sorely lacking. I might as well buy the higher end general brand and save lots of money.

Make sure they tell you how to exit!
Distracted service writer delayed opening the exit door. With no idea how to exit the fenced and barricaded lot in rear or service area, I drove about in the rain before finally finding someone to open the barricade, only after having to exit my car.

I now know have learned that Hyundai dealers do not warranty Genesis, and there are just not many Genesis dealers near my location. I only know of one.
I purchased this vehicle on Tuesday November 3rd in Florida, and I paid what I consider a lot of money for a 2018 used Genesis G-80 with 19,350 miles on it. I like the vehicle, but due to the lack of dealers and what I have learned from the service written , like my car will only get 15,000 to 18,000 miles from a new set of tires due to the weight of the vehicle, I am not so sure that I will keep it very long.

Please see comments included in survey. The service department is clean and acceptable, but not designed for Luxury vehicle owners. I was really disappointed that the Valet service was not available for the time of service.
