Requested 6 month service and pointed out two problems I was having.
I love the car but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced in every possible way from it taking 8 phone calls before I got anyone to set up a service time. Then after having my car for a week, I discovered they did not correct either of the two problems and after 4 phone calls to to tell them that and getting no response to my messages, I stopped trying!!!

Disappointed
Genesis is supposed to be a luxury vehicle with luxury service for its owners. When I purchased my car I was promised a service valet and special services and priorities for Genesis owners during maintenance visits. I received none of these. The dealer closet to my house did not have an appointment available for oil change and tire rotation for TWO months!! Really?? So I had to call a location that is 30 minutes from my home in order to get an appointment sooner. When I asked about using the valet service that is supposed to come with the car, I was told that this dealer doesn’t offer that. So I had to drive into downtown Nashville for my appointment. I waited in line for 45 minutes before I was helped. I waited at the dealership in an uncomfortable chair, not the lounge that I was told Genesis owners had access to. My car took an hour longer than promised. Then at check out they tried to charge me for services that were included in the purchase price of the car. Needless to say I feel cheated and deceived about the level of service I would have as a Genesis owner. Unfortunately I will have to continue to go back to this dealership because there is no other Genesis dealer close to me, and I refuse to wait two months for an appointment at the dealership that is 3 miles from my home. So disappointing!!
