Worst Experience Ever!!!

I purchase on average a car every 2 years. I had been looking to replace my 2018 BMW 750. I had been looking at the Genesis GV80 and wanted to buy local. We did not have a Genesis dealer in Temecula so I went to Genesis Escondido. The online build and subsequent stage 1 of the purchase was smooth. As I began to have communication with the sales staff the whole experience went south. I provided all my trade information, credit app, and all requested information. I also sent pictures and original sticker for my trade for their review. After numerous communications they informed me that they had the financing ready and I would just need to be flexible on the payment due to some negative equity. I made my way to the dealership after work and arrived around 5pm. They proceeded to first show me a different vehicle than what I was trying to purchase. Once we got that cleared up they proceeded to bring out the 4 square form the 90's and try a jam me with a horrible deal. Typical old school auto sales tactic. I want to clarify that the floor manager (Woods) was nothing but respectful and helpful. The finance team and GM are as dishonest as they come. Now the deal was completely different from what was explained and they began to play the blame game on me for the next 4 days. Don't ever go to this dealer. They do not care about the customer. Avoid at all cost.
