Mandy E.Hi Stephen, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. The concierge service is offered through Genesis and is the only thing that’s restricted to that 3 years or 36,000 miles from date of purchase time frame. Genesis is just establishing itself as its own brand and therefore is still dependent on its flagship brand Hyundai. At this time, Genesis does not have the number of cars needed to support a standalone location. We do hope that Genesis will be able in future years to be able to branch out a little more.
