First time customer
My service appointment was quick. I was her because my usual dealer quick selling Genesis. I was met as soon as I open my car door and confirmed I was here for my third free service call. I waited in the service guest room , read a few pages in a book I had brought and was advised the service was done. I signed out and walked outside and picked up my freshly washed car. No problems. That's the way I like my service.

I bought a genesis g90 out of state, I thought I was bringing my car in for routine service, when I got to the dealership I was greeted and I immediately felt welcome, they checked out my vehicle and discovered I had so many problems But the staff helped me so much they solved my issues in a timely manner Thanks Family for making my first experience a great one I recommend this service department to everyone

It was fine. The person I interacted with was very Professional and engaging. I will say that the gesture area does not compare to the guest area at suburban Genesis which provided cubicles which allowed you to work on your computer and more privacy.

Solving a Difficult Problem
Genesis of Macomb were professional and efficient in finding and solving a difficult problem that was unusual and hard to detect. It involved the Service Manager and the Master Technician and, apparently was quite unusual. They even consulted with Genesis Tech Team at Genesis home office. Special thank for a job well done!

G90 routine maintenance visit
Tom, David and the entire service team go out of their way to provide the best service, especially during these difficult times. Always pleasant, explained options, provided updates and made sure I was satisfied with my service prior to departure. *** Also want to acknowledge the sales team, who got me up to date on new Hyundai and Genesis models during my wait/visit. Landon was very informed and gave a thorough run down on the G70, G80, GV80, Sonata and the Veloster N they had in their showroom. Landon was assisted by Megan (I believe that was her name) who was in training. Both Service and Showroom areas were well maintained and it showed. Another great experience at Elder Hyundai/Genesis.

Ease of requesting service
All service personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. 90% of the time, we can wait for service to be completed. Since the G80 is such a great vehicle, required service is minimal.
