Worst ever
This would have been my 2nd service with this dealership. Called twice, then tried to schedule on line. I received no call back while waiting 3 hours. This was similar to my first oil change experience. 1st oil change took over 3 hours of waiting both to schedule and to get service completed. AWFUL service and they have the nerve to upcharge from MSRP. I’m taking my business to Fayetteville
